Prices are shown in US dollars, taxes included where they apply. Shipping is free above $35 and $4.90 below it; it is shown before you pay and never added afterwards.

If a price is displayed with an obvious error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel at no cost.

Your order is firm once payment is confirmed by PayPal. You receive a receipt by e-mail carrying an order number beginning LWMC-.

We may refuse an order that is abnormal, appears fraudulent, or comes from someone with an unpaid dispute.

We ship worldwide from our supplier's warehouses. The delivery window shown at checkout is our honest estimate, not a guarantee: customs and carriers are outside our control.

A tracking number is sent within 48 hours of dispatch. If nothing has moved by day five, we write to you anyway.

Past the fifteenth day after dispatch, tell us and we will reship or refund — your choice — without asking you to chase the carrier.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have fourteen days from receiving the goods to withdraw without giving a reason, under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. We extend this to thirty days as a commercial gesture.

Personalised items are excluded. An engraved or embroidered name makes the item made to your specification, and Article L221-28 3° removes the right of withdrawal for such goods. This is stated on the product page before you add it to your basket.

To withdraw, write to us. We send a return label. Refund follows within fourteen days of receiving the goods back, by the same means you paid.

We deliver to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia and every member state of the European Union, Luxembourg included. Delivery is priced by destination and shown before payment, never added afterwards.

Orders are shipped from China. Outside the United States that means the parcel crosses a customs border. Import VAT, and in Canada and Australia customs duty as well, may be collected by the carrier when it is delivered, together with a handling fee.

That money is not ours and is not in the total you pay us. We say so at checkout, next to the country you chose, before the payment button. If a parcel is refused because of those charges, the return is treated as a withdrawal and refunded minus the carriage actually incurred.

Where we are registered, the tax is in the price. For consignments of €150 or less to the European Union, and £135 or less to the United Kingdom, VAT at your country's standard rate is charged at checkout and remitted by us under our registration. The checkout says which of the two applies to your order, before you pay.

Prices are charged in US dollars. Amounts shown in euros, pounds, francs or dollars of another kind are a conversion for reading, at a rate we review periodically; your bank applies its own rate and may add a fee.

A group buy lowers the unit price as members join: −5% at two, −10% at three, −15% at four. A group closes automatically after 24 hours.

You pay the tier reached at the moment you join. If the group reaches a better tier before it closes, the difference is refunded to your original payment method.

If nobody else joins, your order still ships at the price you paid. You lose nothing.

Points are earned on paid orders at one point per dollar and are worth $5 per hundred against a future order. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.

A refunded order removes the points it earned. Points do not expire.

Every item carries the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). These are free and independent of any commercial gesture we make.

If an item arrives damaged, send a photograph. We reship the same day and you keep the damaged one.

Our products are pet accessories, not medical devices. Follow the instructions supplied and supervise your animal — particularly with toys, harnesses and anything electrical.

We are liable for the damage our own fault causes, up to the amount of the order. We are not liable for misuse, ordinary wear, or damage caused by an animal to the product.

Write to us first. Most things are settled in one message.

Failing that, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or a consumer mediator.

These terms are governed by French law. The courts of the seller's registered office have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings where they live.
