Prices are shown in US dollars, taxes included where they apply. Shipping is free above $35 and $4.90 below it; it is shown before you pay and never added afterwards.

If a price is displayed with an obvious error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel at no cost.

Your order is firm once payment is confirmed by PayPal. You receive a receipt by e-mail carrying an order number beginning LWMC-.

We may refuse an order that is abnormal, appears fraudulent, or comes from someone with an unpaid dispute.

We ship from our supplier's warehouses to addresses in the United States. The delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee: carriers are outside our control.

A tracking number is sent within 48 hours of dispatch. If nothing has moved by day five, we write to you anyway.

Past the fifteenth day after dispatch, tell us and we will reship or refund — your choice — without asking you to chase the carrier.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom and we have not delivered within thirty days of your order, you may give us a further reasonable period and, if we still fail, cancel and be refunded in full.

Everyone gets thirty days from delivery, whatever the law of your country says. The item must be unused and in its packaging. Write to us and we send a return label.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days under Directive 2011/83/EU; in the United Kingdom, the same fourteen days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our thirty days sit on top of that right and take nothing away from it.

Switzerland gives no statutory withdrawal right for distance sales, and neither does United States federal law. Our thirty days apply to you exactly the same.

Personalised items are excluded. An engraved or embroidered name makes the item made to your specification, and that exclusion is written into the same European and British rules — Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is stated on the product page before you add it to your basket.

Refunds follow within fourteen days of the goods reaching the warehouse, by the same means you paid.

We deliver to addresses in the United States only. We stopped shipping abroad on 5 September 2026; orders to any other country cannot be placed, and the country selector at checkout offers the one destination we can actually serve. Delivery is free above $35 and $4.90 below it, shown before payment and never added afterwards. Heavy items carry their own carriage on top, also shown before payment.

Prices are charged in US dollars, and that is the only currency this checkout ever settles in.

A group buy lowers the unit price as members join: −5% at two, −10% at three, −15% at four. A group closes automatically after 24 hours.

You pay the tier reached at the moment you join. If the group reaches a better tier before it closes, the difference is refunded to your original payment method.

If nobody else joins, your order still ships at the price you paid. You lose nothing.

Points are earned on paid orders at one point per dollar and are worth $5 per hundred against a future order. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.

A refunded order removes the points it earned. Points do not expire.

If an item arrives damaged, send a photograph. We reship the same day and you keep the damaged one. That is our own gesture, and it is faster than any statutory route.

Your statutory rights sit underneath it and nothing here reduces them. In the European Union, goods must conform to the contract for two years from delivery under Directive (EU) 2019/771. In the United Kingdom, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you thirty days to reject a faulty item outright, and remedies beyond that. In the United States, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness recognised by your state apply.

Our products are pet accessories, not medical devices. Follow the instructions supplied and supervise your animal — particularly with toys, harnesses and anything electrical.

We are liable for the damage our own fault causes, up to the amount of the order. We are not liable for misuse, ordinary wear, or damage caused by an animal to the product. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Write to us first. Most things are settled in one message.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Alaska, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.

That does not take away the protection of your own country. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you keep the mandatory rights your national law gives you, and you may bring proceedings in the courts where you live. A clause in a trader's terms cannot remove those, and this one does not try to.

EU and UK consumers may also use an approved alternative dispute resolution body in their own country. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed in July 2025, so there is no EU-wide portal to point you to any more — your national consumer mediation service is the route.
